Hi,

First preliminary report :
   - no more problem of network
but :
   - I had to dd some zero at the beginning of my disk in order
     to be able to have access to partition tool (complex lvm setup)
     and even that way manual partitioning isn't a possible option
     (no error messsage, just get back to the menu).
   - I also get a :
     "No installable kernel was found in the defined APT sources"

I'll try to continue to install without kernel just to try...
