Yosemite /proc/cpuinfo

Hi,

my cpuinfo reports temp as 27-31 uncalibrated? what does this mean is it possible to get an accurate reading from my g3 powermac... the reason im interested is because i have overclocked it from 350mhz to 400mhz.
