Going there: http://packages.debian.org/ and typing either startx or
xinit in the form at the bottom of the page says that they belong to the
xbase-client package. That's it for those binaries.
However, if you don't know what you're doing when installing X11 on
debian, I would advise to simply type
# apt-get install x-window-system
as root, so that this meta-package can install everything you need to
have a fully working X installation.

BTW, regarding your previous message, I might be wrong, but I think the
dri-trunk packages from Michel Daenzer are a bit old, and everything you
need is already included in sid xfree packages and recent kernels. I
might be wrong though, and if I am, at least using dri-trunk-sid
packages (still from http://people.debian.org/~daenzer/) would probably
be better.
