Simply use the pre-built kernels from 

 deb http://www.theorie.physik.uni-muenchen.de/~jens/kernel-patch-powerpc ./
 deb http://www.theorie.physik.uni-muenchen.de/~jens/mol-modules ./

If you insist on compiling yourself, you can also find a working
version of the patch in this directory.
