I can provide a modified /etc/init.d/keymap.sh capable of sorting out the
keycode mess itself on boot (just by loading one keymap when
/proc/sys/dev/mac_hid/keyboard_sends_linux_keycodes is present, and
another keymap if it's not) if necessary.
