The best way is to uninstall any old version of kde, including old libqt 
(and friends).  Then once it is uninstalled, then you can do an apt-get 
install kdebase kdelibs kdeaddons . . . (all other kde packages that 
you desire).  The mechanism to upgrade seemlessly from official Debian 
kde packages to unofficial Debian kde packages (which your deb line 
suggests) is not present.  

Any difficulties that you may have removing old packages can be solved 
by using dpkg --purge --forceThe_package_name.
