that page is very badly written, not took down just because
it's inexplicably linked thousand times over the web.
i probably won't update it since i'm about to public some
ready to use kernel deb packages, so that you could fetch
and install them through apt or dpkg.
it's about 2 months i had this solution, but i really couldn't
find a second of time to give it. some of them are ready now
but I have to do some testing/stressing before release.
hope this will help a bit more
