I've got a patch that's a combined 2.4.21-ben2-xfs, which may help as a
starting point. It wasn't that bad merging the two, I just haven't
gotten around to 2.4.22 yet (honors supervisors want to see work :)

You need recent XFS (i.e. recent snapshot), i think the 1.2 release
spells real trouble (oopsing on boot, but may have been 1.3). XFS from
CVS is usually fine too :)
