You need two floppies for oldWorld Macs, and neither one is made from 
the rescue.bin floppy image. That image, unlike its i386 couterpart, 
is just for the to-be-installed kernel. Burn hfs-boot-floppy.img to 
one floppy, and root.bin to another. Insert hfs-boot-floppy, it should
ask for root.bin, and you're on the road.
