No, in this case it was quite clearly correct.  The zdaemon would
totally fail to start because it couldn't get the local host's name.

On m68k, I am not surprised.  The zopectl script is no doubt dodgier on
slower systems.  You could try increasing the timeout value if you find
it is going through all 60 iterations of the loop (using set -x as the
previous poster suggested, and watching the value of timeout in the
waitfor_zope() loop to see if it gets decremented all the way to 0).
