ah ha, what machine do you have again?  because hate to tell you this
but its oldworld, you need to use quik.

im also seeing this from your ofboot.b:

" boot /pci/mac-io/ata0/ata-disk@0:7,\\yaboot" eval ;

you NEVER get that kind of path from ofpath on newworld IDE macs. 

i think im going to add a warning to ybin when its run on oldworlds.
(i do alot of testing on an intel box with a floppy disk that is the
main reason it currently does not care)
