Bug#452105: debian-policy: Homepage field in debian/control undocumented

Those are harmless warnings, those two programs were just failing to
recognize and ignore the field. But this does not affect the
functionallity.

I've fixed the bogus warnings now in dpkg's git commit 2006f64.
