Cross-compiling environment files
CVS joy: 3.5.10
CVS joy: added myself to Uploaders
CVS joy: build policy.{ps,pdf}.gz and include them in the binary package (byhand's gone). i'm guessing nobody needed this in the first place, but i guess we can put them in here just in case.
CVS joy: do .gz in here, quieten tidy in itself
CVS joy: gzipped ps and pdf (hm, there should probably be a way to make the .gz rules more generic, but i can't be bothered to look it up)
CVS joy: hey, we conform to ourselves :)
CVS joy: needs to delete files on error due to > stuff
CVS joy: no longer necessary
CVS joy: removed build-dependencies that were buggy, obsolete or already brought in by the things we directly use
CVS joy: restructured Policy, closes: #189306
CVS joy: Stop attaching tarballs, cf. bug #184082.
