The Ohio State CIS department has long been one of the most popular web
references for RFCs. A Google search for 'RFC XXXX' will usually
produce the OSU CIS page on the first or second hit. I admit I'm also
biased towards it because, well, I go to school there.
That being said though, if you'd prefer a link to something like
ftp.rfc-editor.org, I would not object.
