List of package s with missmatch Maintainers in git and upload to archive

As discussed informally at Debcamp following is the list of packages
which are in our git repository but either
a) adopted by the group but not yet uploaded with new maintainer
b) uploaded to the archive, but have not Maintainer set to Debian
Perl Group, or other missmatches.
PACKAGE: libnet-server-coro-perl -- Maintainer: Dmitry E. Oboukhov <unera@debian.org>
This package is in an older (unreleased) version in our git
repository, but already uploaded by Dmitry as Maintainer to the
archive.
Dmitry if you wish you could maintain this package under the umbrella
of the Debian Perl Group.
PACKAGE: all-knowing-dns -- Maintainer: Michael Stapelberg <stapelberg@debian.org>
PACKAGE: libprivileges-drop-perl -- Maintainer: Michael Stapelberg <michael@stapelberg.de>
Michael, I assume you would like to maintain these two unter the
umbrella of the Perl Group. For the first one I already fixed
Maintainer and Uploaders to match this, as both are in the Perl Group
repository. Do you agree on it, or would you wish to maintain the
alone? Please simply let us know.

Same here, Alexandre would you wish to maintain the package unter the
umbrella of the Debian Perl Group? If so we should change Maintainer
and then move you to Uploaders.

Taniguchi, please let us know here if you wish to maintain the
packages under the group umbrella. If so could you please add the
Vcs-* fields to the debian/control file? Please let us know in other
case if we should remove it from the pkg-perl git repository.

Alastair are you fine with maintaining this package unter the pkg-perl
umbrella? If you agree the Maintainer field should be changed, and the
Vcs-* fields added. However the package was imported by Carl
Fürstenberg (Cc'ed him too).
PACKAGE: libmath-bezier-perl -- Maintainer: Richard Holland <holland@eaglegenomics.com>
Richard, the same as for the above package. libmath-bezier-perl is in
the Debian Perl Group repository, but has missmatch for Maintainer and
missing Vcs-* fields. But the package was added by Steffen Moeller to
our repositories.

PACKAGE: libnet-traceroute-pureperl-perl -- Maintainer: Taku YASUI <tach@debian.org>
Both packages have the Vcs-* fields set to the pkg-perl
infrastructure, but there is a missmatch on Maintainer field. Taku,
would you wish to maintain them alone or are you fine with maintain
them unter the umbrella of the Debian Perl Group?

This was already adopted by the group, but i.e. does not build on
hurd-i386.

PACKAGE: libsgmls-perl -- Maintainer: Debian XML/SGML Group <debian-xml-sgml-pkgs@lists.alioth.debian.org>
These are pending in git. Either not yet fixed, but marked as TODO or
simply not yet uploaded.
