"pbuilder create --distribution sarge" installs exim4 :( and my pbuilder
base.tar.gz was created by creating sarge and upgrading to sid due to
the problems (now fixed) of creating sid chroot directly. Doh!
Off to rebuilding pbuilder chroots...
