Package: openoffice.org Version: 2.0.0-1 Severity: important Maybe related #210581? That one is too old. I've two twin servers (same hardware, same Debian Sid, same 2.6.13.2 kernel, same OOo, same users _WITH SAME UIDS_, etc). Both of these servers mount some of its /home directories via NFS from the other one. That is, user juan has the same uid in both servers, and he sees the same /home/juan in both servers, with same file uids and permissions in both servers, although in one server he sees /home/juan is mounted from /dev/hdXY and in the other server it is mounted from server1:/home/juan Each user can read, write, modify and delete files undistiguishably in any server (the only difference is in speed, maybe), with any application, excepting OpenOffice.org which says "I/O Error" or "Access Denied" when trying to save. Thus, users are unable to use OOo if tehy're not at the same server their home is exported from. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.13.3-Envite.2005.10.08r2 Locale: LANG=es_ES@euro, LC_CTYPE=es_ES@euro (charmap=ISO-8859-15) (ignored: LC_ALL set to es_ES@euro) Versions of packages openoffice.org depends on: ii openoffice.org-base 2.0.0-1 OpenOffice.org office suite - data ii openoffice.org-calc 2.0.0-1 OpenOffice.org office suite - spre ii openoffice.org-core 2.0.0-1 OpenOffice.org office suite archit ii openoffice.org-draw 2.0.0-1 OpenOffice.org office suite - draw ii openoffice.org-impress 2.0.0-1 OpenOffice.org office suite - pres ii openoffice.org-math 2.0.0-1 OpenOffice.org office suite - equa ii openoffice.org-writer 2.0.0-1 OpenOffice.org office suite - word -- no debconf information
