OK, that works, but why upstream build of OOo gets it right without any
manual setting of formats and Debian build doesn't? And yes, being European
(just temporarily living in Massachusetts -- go Peter Quinn!) I hate
MM/DD/YY format, but what can I do with those stupid Americans? :-)
