Yes. Known. The package in experimental is broken. If you use packages
in experimental and reporting bugs only in experimental (and 1.1.3 is
only in experimental), please tag the bug appropriately.

AND: the bug was already reported before as
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=282864. Please check if
bugs already reported before reporting them...
