linux sparc build with gcc-3.3.2 and -O3

Hi,

linux sparc openoffice has now built with 
- debian gcc-3.3.2 
- optimisation set to -O3 in unxlngs.mk 
- cvs tag mws_srx645 

the latest diffs are at issue 18628
