Bug#206936: openoffice.org: Spellcheck still missing, dir and simlink are not created

I don't uderstand shell scripts, but the postinst of openoffice.org-debian-files
1.0.99+1.1rc-3 didn't work for me upgrading from 1.0.* packages directly.
The directory /usr/lib/openoffice/share/dict was not created and the symlink ooo
to /usr/lib/myspell/dicts was not created.
The symptom is that in Tools->Options->Language Setting->Writing Aids
checkboxes of MySpell, Hyphernator and thresaurus are not checkable as the checks
disapear if you close the prefference window and reopen it.
Also all menus that you can get by pressing Edit button are empty.
The fix is to:
# mkdir /usr/lib/openoffice/share/dict
# cd /usr/lib/openoffice/share/dict
# ln -s /usr/lib/myspell/dicts ooo
