Soneone intrested in packaing neon?
It seems to be some kind of html-library, which
may be intresting for other things.

(I've not yet looked, if this is the used copy now, but it
seems to be only some weeks old).
The patches seems to merely include ftp[1] and may be needed.
Compiling the unpached version, everything needed was in potato,
only libxml was needed from woody.
