It's even a dependency of the bytecode server! It shouldn't be needed
for the native code one, though. And so are (at least) libocamlnet-ocaml
and libpcre-ocaml (and anything that is statically linked and has C
stubs), by the way.

The problem appears now because the bytecode executable has no longer a
custom runtime.

I will add them as dependencies until I've tested the native code server
enough to ship it only.
