Hi Peter,
it looks like ocaml-nox dropped one of the native-archs file, thus
leading to the FTBFS or your package:

The changelog doesn't say anything about that, so I'm X-Debbugs-Cc'ing
the ocaml maintainers, so that they can clarify that.
