I am sponsoring (or am about to sponsor) the fpgatools package
for Xiangfu. He makes a very good impression on me in that he
does a lot of reading of the documentation by himself, no respective
triggers from my side, seems very eager to get everything right,
communication is excellent, and just recently he channeled me
to the more upstream part of upstream when he thought it would
help our discussion. All much appreciated.
Please allow him to become a Debian Maintainer.
