Hello, I've worked with Vincent on conky and several packages in Debian Games Team including excellent-bifurcation, irrlicht, openssn, slashem, supertuxkart, tolua++. During the time I'm convinced that Vincent has good knowledge of Debian packaging and general understanding to the project's concept.
