Advocating Simone Rossetto as Maintainer

Hello,

I recommend Simone Rossetto as Debian Maintainer.

I have worked with him since January 2011, about the package qsapecng,
which is authored by a team of colleagues in the University of Florence.

Simone has proved good packaging skills, for a package which was not
quite simple at the beginning. He has replied and reacted quickly after
each bugreport about his work, and understands correctly the licence
issues which were bound to source code gathered from various authors.

He explained clearly the license issues to those authors whose code was
unproperly licensed, and gently enough to persuade them to relicense
their works properly.

Simone does his job in a responsible way, and I made no changes in his
work when uploading the packages since last June.

Best regards, Georges.
