This is my declaration of intent to become a Debian Maintainer [1]. I have read the Social Contract [2], Debian Free Software Guidelines and Debian Machine Usage Policy [3] and agree with all of them. Currently, I maintain the package qsapecng and I'm packaging cxxtest. I have been using Debian since my first approach to the world of free software and open source and now I would like to be involved more and to help the whole Debian community to grow.
