Hello,

I am supporting his declaration.
He is the upstream developer of mumble-django (a "webinterface" for
murmur/mumble-server) and also the Debian maint of it.

I have sponsored several uploads for him and he shows a good
understanding of Debian web packaging and is also fast (and good) in
fixing bugs in his package (Debian and upstream related ones, which were
reported to Debian).

Any negative?
Don't know :)
