I support Stefans Völkel's application as a Debian Maintainer as he has proven to have the required technical skills. He even showed a long term dedication towards Debian in maintaining revelation for several years.
Over the time I sponsored several uploads for his packages revelation an dtach and had the pleasure to work closely together with him. Additionally he helped myself on several occasions on fixing bugs in mp3c and xcb.
Currently we are preparing his next package xjobs. All his packages are well prepared. As next step I plan to sponsor DM-Upload-Allowed enabled revisions of his packages.
As there where some questions about his name I include the uid stuff of his gpg key. Of course you can expect me knowing him in person, as I signed his key.
