Niels is one of the main contributor of debian pkg-java team (co-maintains at least 30 packages). He is member of this team since at least August 2009 and is doing a great work : - gives very detailled status of his work [0] - takes care of licencing problems [1] - maintains some really important package [2] (his last upload just fix dozen of really old bugs in eclipse !) - is friendly and efficient His packages were always in a really good shape, just ready to review and upload. Giving him the Debian Maintainer status (and then Debian Developper) will help him to get his packages uploaded without waiting from some free timeslot from pkg-java team members :) Keep up your good work Niels !
