I endorse Iustin's application. I've been working with Iustin for the last few
years, and he's always been a very hard-working and techically competent
competent coworker. He's been packaging his own software for years, and knows
well the technical details. Plus, he's a very strong believer in Debian and what
stands behind it, and knows enough about licences to be able to properly deal
with compatibility, DFSG-freeness and such. I will continue to comaintain
packages with him, and to look into his new uploads, but I believe he should be
able to become a maintainer in order to be able to upload new versions of
already established packages without passing through me every time.

Thanks,

Guido
