Are the archive scripts visible to the public somewhere? I'm curious
about them.

Also, the recent long outage of ftp-master made me think about moving
it to another machine if necessary. In principle any complete and
up-to-date mirror could become ftp-master if the archive scripts were
put there. Is there any provision for this?
