Hi, I'm working on setting a mirror here (.pe) and trying to
convince people, but I'd need some stats in order to have a estimate
of the BW load that would be required, so they OK it.
I estimate ftp.cl.d.o is likely having the same amount of users using
the mirror than we'd expect.
