mipsel BuildD upload problem?

Hi,
According to [1], two different versions for nload were both succesfully
build on the same day (Times are in +0100, but you cannot findout that
fact unless you compare the timestamp in the URL...).
However, although this was almost a week ago, only the first of the two
versions did make it into unstable[2], I guess the other one got stuck
because there already seemed to be an upload that day (which could
indicate a bug somewhere).
Could anyone somehow hint the mipssel buildd to retry nload on mipsel,
or if still possible, get the compiled 0.6.0-2 version uploaded?
By the way, I seem to be unable to find a way to report bugs about
buildd's or about buildd.debian.org (there is no pseudo-package), or
proper contact adresses, so I'm writing to this list.
