Yes. Testing migration rules require that the package is built on all
architectures it built in the past in order to enter Testing [1].

File a ftpmaster removal bug (ANAIS - architecture not in source) of
outdated architectures in unstable for your package. Once they did, your
package can migrate again [2].

You should try to get in touch with mips porters to get some hints.
Alternatively you can use qemu to get a MIPS architecture for debugging.

advocate you for a porterbox guest account [3].
