Some peeking with "svn ls svn://svn.debian.org/..." leads me to
the guess work

  http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/dep/web/deps/dep5.mdwn?revision=190

for the format specification. Would this be correct? When can we expect

  http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/dep/

to be populated with anything beyond emptyness?
