1. You don't need to repack the upstream tarball just to rename the directory
from Isabella/ to ttf-isabella-1.2/. 'dpkg-source -x' can rename it for you on
extraction. It's a best practice to use upstream pristine tarball if
possible [1].

So, please just *rename* the downloaded upstream tarball [2] to
ttf-isabella_1.2.orig.tar.gz.

2. Invoking 'fc-cache' on posinst is not needed any more, as fontconfig is
now triggered upon all changes under /usr/share/truetype/.
So, debian/postinst can be removed.

3. (Optional) 'defoma' is to be obsolete soon [3]. Please consider removing
the defoma-hints in future uploads. (Don't do it right now for this upload.)
You may provide a fontconfig config file instead.
