Are you serious?

There is nothing in our real life which have no reason to be that way.
It takes a lot of work.  If Debian freeze lasts six months, there is
some reason.  If you think and can make it shorter, please join the real
work.  I love to see it happen.

I have great respect to the release team for what they have been doing.
But, we never know there may be better way to do it, until someone
stands up to prove it.  I wish we can do scheduled freeze. But
realistically as volunteer organizatioin with high standard, I fail to
have scheduled release with resources we have.

PS:  Our freezes are shorter these days ... no more waiting over years
in freeze.
