Adding configfile

Hi,

I'm building a package (aiccu) that creates the config file
(/etc/aiccu.conf) dynamically in the postinst-script. Because of this it
won't show up if you do "dpkg -L aiccu".

I tried to add the file "/etc/aiccu.conf" to 'debian/aiccu.conffiles'
but if I try to build (see below) the package the debhelper (I assume)
removes this file and git-buildpackage complains about a 'missing file'

Can somebody help me out or point me in the right direction.
