Make check needs further work to make it actually work with the debian
structure, so I'm going to omit doing that in this version. I'm not sure
dh_auto_test is available in dh5 either.

This is now added. I discovered it is actually Vcs-Browser, so I've put
New version again uploaded to m.d.n.
