The package is available from the mentors site : http://mentors.debian.net/cgi-bin/sponsor-pkglist?action=details;package=dekiwiki
and I also use a local repository at : http://nightlybuild.mindtouch.com/Submitted_Packages/NEW_RPMS/DEB/ 

the APT configuration should be :
deb http://nightlybuild.mindtouch.com/Submitted_Packages/NEW_RPMS DEB/
I recently uploaded an updated package, I'd be glad if somebody could review it.
