RFS: php-mdb2 (2nd attempt)

I am looking for a sponsor for my package "php-mdb2".

    PEAR MDB2 is a merge of the PEAR DB and Metabase php database
    abstraction layers.
                                                                                     
    It provides a common API for all supported RDBMS. The main
    difference to most other DB abstraction packages is that MDB2 goes

    features optionally that Main: can be used to construct portable SQL

but am not presently planning on packaging any other drivers.

The package appears to be lintian clean.
