watch files and WatchWiz

http://dehs.alioth.debian.org/maintainer.php?name=qof

From this page:
http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=linux@codehelp.co.uk

I noticed the WWiz error so I created a watch file that works fine locally.
That has now been uploaded in the latest qof release to unstable.

Yet WWiz is still reporting an error - is there a problem with WWiz itself?

Name: qof
Pop Inst: 3
WWiz Upstream Version: None
Debian Version: 0.6.1-1
Tot Upstream Bugs: 0
Avg days opened: 0
Distrib:unstable
Watch Wiz:  error
Uscan Errors processing Watch File: Nothing
Copyright: View

So WWiz is not reporting an error with the watch file from the package, the
error being returned is:
http://dehs.alioth.debian.org/wwiz_detail.php?id=1983522&type=watch

uscan warning: In watchfile /tmp/qof_watch, reading webpage
  http://www.debian.org/"; failed: 404 Not Found

www.debian.org isn't in my watch file (and a 404 for that URL would seem
strange anyway):

#format
version=3
# watch control file for uscan
# Full Site with pattern [Version [Action]]
opts="uversionmangle=s/0.6.0-pre1/0.5.99+0.6.0pre1/" \
http://sf.net/qof/qof-(.*)\.tar\.gz debian uupdate

Is there actually a problem with that watch file or is there a problem
somewhere else?
