Fixed.

Fixed. Added libncurses5-dev, libreadlib5-dev to Build-Depends.

Changed to 3.6.2.1, which I assume it's the latest policy manual version.
I noticed that rpncalc uses Standards-Version: 3.6.6. Is that correct?

Thanks for reviewing, fixed packages were uploaded to the same location
(http://tweek.dyndns.org:8080/stuff/coldfire/). Is there an automated way
to check for common errors such as missing build dependencies?
