Hello! I'm looking for a sponsor for python-pysnmp3. PySNMP is a pure python implementation of a SNMP client (from http://pysnmp.sourceforge.net/). My package is available at http://d072.apm.etc.tu-bs.de/~jluebbe/debian/ I have currently built packages for python 2.3 and 2.4. Description: native Python SNMP engine This is a Python implementation of SNMP v.1/v.2c engine. Its general functionality is to assemble/disassemble SNMP messages from/into given SNMP Object IDs along with associated values. PySNMP also provides a few transport methods specific to TCP/IP networking.
