wmbatteries adds some new functionalities:

*notify                - used to run a command each time there is an alarm
*suspend             - used to set the system specific ACPI suspend
*standby             - used to set the system specific ACPI standby
*powerconsumption     - last line displays current power consumption (in mW)
*config               - user can specify configuration file

wmbatteries moreover has a new graphic interface.
