Yeah, this is what I was wondering about.  Some of my packages (i.e.
xmltv) have frequent upstream releases so it won't be that long before
my next upload.  Others (i.e. babygimp, plus some of the Perl packages I
maintain) haven't had a new upstream release in most of a year, so it
could be quite a while.
