You should better (kindly) ask Michael Koch and/or Egon Willighagen (who
asked for my packaging files recently). I currently don't have time to
package it.

It won't help you much. This stuff is completely outdated. The licenses
must be checked. The build.xml file needs to be tweaked upstream to
allow a "dynamic" linking, otherwise all necessary jars will be
unpackaged and packaged into jmol.jar. You need to check, if the tarball
is "clean". And there are (probably) more issues.
