Tips for Debian Conference in Edinburgh

I just want to explicitely give a hint to the talk

Moreover I would like to organise a Debian-Med day as I did in
Helsinki two years ago.  It would be great to know how many
readers of Debian-Med mailing list will be at DebConf, whether
there is a prefered day for Debian-Med day, what topics to
discuss, etc.
